Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard once you're signed in. No sales call, no waiting on us.
If I upgrade mid-cycle, do I lose the money I already paid?
No. Switching plans is prorated automatically — the unused days left on your current plan are credited toward your new plan's invoice, so you only ever pay for the difference. Nothing you've already paid for is lost.
What happens after the Lite plan's free month?
Lite's first month (100,000 emails/month) is free. After that it continues automatically at $9/mo (billed annually) or $12/mo (billed monthly) — or switch to Free (5,000/month) or any other plan from your dashboard any time. Your namespace, keys, and existing mail aren't affected either way.
Is SSO/SCIM available on every plan?
It's included on Starter and up. Free and Lite accounts sign in with email and password.
What if I need more than 10,000,000 emails/month?
That's the Custom plan — contact us and we'll size a plan to your volume.
Are outbound webhooks available on the Free plan?
Yes — outbound webhooks are included on every plan, Free included. Set a URL on any namespace from your dashboard and we'll POST the new message to it the instant mail arrives, so you don't have to poll the API.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No. No setup fee, no contract — pay for the plan you're on, change or cancel whenever you like.
What's your policy on unusually heavy resource usage?
We monitor overall resource consumption over time, not just your monthly email count. If your usage is unusually resource-intensive — consistently large attachments or very high API call volume, for example — and would require us to provision dedicated resources for your account, we'll reach out about a custom Enterprise plan. We'll always give reasonable notice and the chance to adjust your usage before anything is restricted.
